2. Booking and Reservation Policies

  • Payment Terms

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in will receive a 100% refund.
    • 50% Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
    • No-show/Late Arrival: Failure to arrive or arriving late without prior arrangements will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

7.Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility:

Referral Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a commission on each successful booking made by a user referred through their unique affiliate link. The exact commission rate will be specified in your affiliate agreement and may vary based on the type of service booked (e.g., accommodation or tours).
Affiliates can earn up to 5% on either tour or accommodation bookings made successfully through their referral links.

Affiliate Conduct:
